B1BD0-ROLL OVER INTERNAL
- When Monitored:
With the ignition on. The modules on board diagnostics continuously performs internal circuit tests.
- Set Condition:
This Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will set if the module identifies an out of range ORC Roll Over Internal circuit.
Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. See: Restraints and Safety Systems/Testing and
Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Restraints System Pre-Diagnostic Procedure .
REPLACE OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER
1. Turn the ignition on.
WARNING: Turn the ignition off disconnect the 12-volt battery and wait two minutes before proceeding. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury.
WARNING: If the Occupant Restraint Controller is dropped at any time, it must be replaced. Failure to take proper precautions could
result in accidental airbag deployment and serious or fatal injury.
When this code is set, view repair.
Repair
- Replace the Occupant Restraint Controller.
- Perform the ORC VERIFICATION TEST. See: Verification Tests/Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) Verification Test.
